I finished my arcade for my friend.

I hooked the AV cables from the game consoles to the console switch.
The AV cable from the console switch plugs into the video port of the TV and I made an adapter to change the RCA cables to a headphone jack for the PC speakers.
I got some PC speakers from my local thrift store and hooked those to the adapter I made.
This is the subwoofer for the PC speakers
The power for the TV, Light and Speakers come down the back into a power strip. The power strip goes through a hole in the bottom. The controller, memory card and AV cables also come down the back.
